Rhatigan Real Esate

Rhatigan Real Estate is a full-service real estate agency located in Dublin, Ireland. With years of experience in both sales and property, RRE wants to empower their clients by being honest and transparent.

Andrew brought me onto this project to help create their new website. The main criteria is that this site needed to be a place where the people of Dublin can find great listings in their area, learn about new neighborhoods and to place trust in Rhatigan Real Estate.

Home Page

Right off the bat it was important to introduce Andrew and all his credentials. Each section is a quick peak to what you’ll find in our menu such as our active listings and community guide.

Having plenty of resources available for buyers, renters or sellers we needed an organized navigation system. With the most important links at the top there is also a hamburger menu with a contact CTA and social links. This is perfect for Mobile as well.

While sticking to the original branding I was able to set up a web friendly color scheme to match the new look. Key words for inspiration was clean, sophisticated and trusting.

Community guide

One of my favorite tasks was trying to find a beautiful and functional way to represent the community guide. Breaking it down in its popular categories, now viewers can get a better sense of the neighborhood of their potential listing. The guide is on every active listing.

Property listing

Each property listing has its own description, key features, monthly cost, community guide and more active listings. We wanted to keep this page clean, straightforward and simple. Set of icons was designed to match the modern branding style.

About Page

Getting to know your real estate agent is important so we wanted to highlight some key attributes about Andrew followed by some trusted testimonials. Icon set was designed to bring in some of the brand quality and a little charm.

media page

Andrew loves sharing all his tips and tricks for his users, that is why the media page needed to be designed in a layout where he can have multiple different media types ranging from Youtube, blog posts, LinkedIn, articles and etc.

I wanted this page to be slightly different from the rest of the site to give a more visual look with rich images and a fun light blue background.

At the bottom is Andrews linked Instagram feed so clients can follow or monitor any new updates or content.

Mortgage calculator

A great way for clients to get a better feel for monthly costs with their financial budget is to use the Mortgage Calculator.

The idea was to make this interactive and helpful to those who are serious buyers.
